Dear Company,
Attached is the NYAA journal for reference for you to fill in your NYAA booklets. This only applies to Sec 2s and 3s.
Please be reminded to have integrity, for example, do not write that you did a certain activity if you did not come on that day. If you write something but then remember that you did not attend that, please use correction tape and cancel it out.
You are to submit both your big and small booklets by Friday morning during Assembly to Mr Asaph Lee. If you can not find your booklet or have lost it, you are to see Mr Dominic Lim at the science department to get a new booklet. It will cost you about $12, but bring about $20 to be safe.
